This project examines nine different jobs across K-12, higher education, and corporate sectors. All the roles were in the educational technology industry. The similarities and differences in qualifications between these jobs were analyzed. I reflected on the positions and created a plan for attaining a similar role in the future.

This is an updated professional growth plan reflecting current goals and the progress made from  the Summer Institute I version. This version contains updated goals, benchmarks, and reflections on my philosophy on my leadership.

This course assists educational and corporate professionals to develop innovative educational and organization practices across disciplines.

This project focused on gamification. An overview of this technology along with limitations, benefits, and recommendations for application were included. Cohort member Melissa Garcia partnered on this project.

My technology theme park focused on the impact bias has on instruction. A website was created designed for educators to go on a learning journey and explore bias that shapes your experiences related to ability, race, and gender.

One of my PGP goals is to submit an artilce to an educational peer-reviewed journal or blog and bring solutions to problems and barrariets preventing schoolwide SEL implementation.  Results and takeaways from this SEL strategic plan will be submitted as a proposal after at least one improvement cycle and all school visits have been conducted.
